will support the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and plating of European & Mediterranean fusion dishes. This role is ideal for a chef with passion for premium cuisine who wants to grow under the guidance of experienced culinary leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation, chopping, and mise en place.
Cook assigned dishes under the supervision of the Head Chef/Sous Chef.
Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
Learn and develop new culinary skills from senior chefs.
