Pass Code Hospitality is Hiring for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build their culinary career under the supervision of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes as directed by senior chefs. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. Assist in the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies. Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently. Support the Chef de Partie and other team members in day-to-day kitchen operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills.

Requirements

Basic culinary education or relevant kitchen experience preferred. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
