Location:Hotel Maharani, calicut Puthiyara taluk road
About the role
We're looking for energetic kitchen crew to support our busy hotel kitchen. You'll work with prep, keep the station clean, and ensure dishes go out on time.
Key responsibilities
- Chop, mise?en?place, and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness & HACCP standards
- Follow recipes and portion controls
- Support senior chefs during service rushes
- Rotate stations as needed (cold, hot, pastry)
What we need
- Commis?3: Entry?level; willingness to learn
- Commis?2: 3?6?months kitchen experience
- Commis?1: 6?12?months experience; can handle a station solo
- Cook: Minimum 6?months proven cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates welcome
- Good time?management and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Indian/Continental cuisine a plus
- Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts
