Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes as per menu standards.
Ensure ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and stored.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise en place.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked during service.
Receive and store deliveries properly, checking for quality and freshness.
Learn and follow recipes, presentation techniques, and portion controls.
Report any kitchen equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Follow company policies and maintain a positive team attitude.

Qualifications & Skills:
Basic culinary training or diploma preferred.
0-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (freshers may apply).
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
