We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Commis Chef

with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in

South Indian

,

Continental

, and

Chinese

cuisines and be capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of meals Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per HACCP guidelines Ensure proper food storage, handling, and labeling Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Head Chef Contribute to kitchen operations with enthusiasm and teamwork Maintain consistency in food quality and taste

Requirements

:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a professional kitchen Proficiency in

South Indian, Continental, and Chinese

cuisines Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures Strong team player with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

:

Hotel Management Diploma or Culinary Certification Previous experience in a resort or hotel setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
