Role Overview:

We are looking for three energetic

Commis Chefs

to support the Pan Asian team. This role is ideal for junior chefs who are eager to learn and grow. Your primary focus will be preparation (mise-en-place) and maintaining kitchen organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Mise-en-place:

Chopping vegetables, cleaning seafood, weighing ingredients, and organizing the fridge/stores.

Support:

Assist the CDPs and Demi Chefs during service by fetching ingredients and plating simple dishes.

Cleaning:

Ensure the kitchen equipment, floors, and counters are sanitized and clean at all times.

Receiving:

Assist in receiving and storing daily market supplies.

Requirements:



0-2 years of experience (Hotel Management graduates or freshers with a diploma are welcome). Basic knife skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. High energy and discipline.
