We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commi Chef to support daily kitchen operations in our South American restaurant. The role involves assisting in food prep, maintaining hygiene standards, and learning authentic Latin techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation including vegetables, sauces, marinades, and basic cooking tasks
Support senior chefs during service including grill, cold kitchen, garnish, and plating
Follow standard recipes and portion control as per restaurant guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock properly
Help minimize wastage and report any spoilage
Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
Basic culinary training or hotel management diploma preferred
1-2 years of kitchen experience (freshers with strong interest can apply)
Willingness to learn South American and Latin cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good hygiene, discipline, and teamwork
Basic understanding of kitchen safety
