Source and manage ingredients required for Andhra cuisine, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Andhra cooking techniques.
Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during peak hours.
Stay updated with regional food trends and customer preferences.
Proven work experience as an
Andhra Chef / South Indian Chef
in a restaurant or catering setup.
Strong knowledge of Andhra cooking styles, spices, and traditional recipes.
Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Andhra dishes.
Good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
Time management and organizational skills.
Team player with leadership qualities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
