Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Indian dishes (cutting, peeling, grinding spices, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned tasks on time.
Ensure proper storage of food items according to food safety guidelines.
Help with kitchen setup and closing duties (mise en place and cleaning).
Learn and apply basic cooking techniques under supervision.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Dispose of waste and manage kitchen sanitation according to hotel standards.
Handle and store kitchen tools and ingredients with care.
