Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across
Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines

Ensure
taste, quality, presentation, and consistency
of food.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Control food costs, reduce wastage, and ensure optimum utilization of ingredients.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
Ensure adherence to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of culinary experience
in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines.
Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment
.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.
Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
