Role Description:

Prepare and present all food items as per Delhi Chai Cafe's standard recipes and hygiene protocols. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes, especially chai variations and cafe-style snacks. Supervise kitchen operations including inventory, raw material usage, and stock rotation. Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI standards. Innovate and contribute to seasonal menu development and regional flavour adaptations. Coordinate with the cafe manager for smooth kitchen and front-end coordination.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in preparing Indian snacks, fusion dishes, and tea-based beverages. Good understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene practices, and food costing. Ability to manage kitchen staff and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of inventory control and vendor coordination. Creativity in experimenting with new recipes and Flavors.
