We are looking for skilled Commis (I, II & III) to join our Continental and Bakery team at the Kolkata. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental and Bakery items
Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality
Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and workstation organization
Support senior chefs during service hours
Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of Continental cuisine and bakery preparation
Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn
