Regenta Baywatch, Goa is hiring skilled and motivated Commis Chefs (I, II, III) for our Indian, Asian, and Continental kitchens. Candidates will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the culinary team to ensure high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food prep and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards Ensure timely and quality food production Follow recipe guidelines and portion control

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Knowledge of Indian, Asian, or Continental cuisines Ability to work in a team and under pressure Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team
