Assist in preparation of Chinese dishes (Indo-Chinese / Authentic Chinese)
Support CDP/DCDP in daily kitchen operations
Handle chopping, marination, sauces, and basic cooking
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Assist during peak hours and service time
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years experience
as Chinese Commis Chef
Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and sauces
Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
