Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
Prepare and cook a variety of baked goods and ingredients, such as measuring, mixing, and portioning doughs, batters, and other items
assisting senior chefs with basic food preparation, like chopping and measuring ingredients, and performing cooking tasks according to recipes
Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices, ensuring the work area is clean and safe at all times.
Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
