We are hiring a Commis - Bakery for our bakery. The role involves assisting the Bakery Chef, preparing ingredients, maintaining hygiene, and supporting smooth day-to-day bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the

Bakery Chef

in daily bakery operations Follow

recipes, baking methods, and portion standards

provided by the Chef Prepare ingredients such as dough, fillings, creams, and toppings Maintain

high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

in the bakery area Ensure

proper storage, labeling, and FIFO

practices for ingredients Support production during

rush hours

and ensure timely preparation of bakery items Handle bakery equipment and tools

safely and correctly

Work as part of a team to ensure

smooth bakery operations

Requirements

Basic

baking and food preparation

knowledge Understanding of

hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

Ability to work under pressure and

learn quickly

Team player with a

positive and cooperative attitude

Willingness to assist in

any bakery-related task

as required
