Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients for
South Indian dishes

Help with cutting, peeling, grinding, and basic cooking tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations and storage areas.
Ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
Support in setting up mise-en-place before service.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards diligently.
Assist in dishwashing and maintaining kitchen equipment when required.
Show willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen hierarchy.
