Cafe Fiori by Fiori Artisanal is a cozy, ingredient-forward cafe and dessert kitchen known for its European-style patisserie, artisanal breads, and experimental flavours inspired by Indian-origin produce. We focus on premium, locally sourced ingredients and slow, mindful cooking -- brought to life by our passionate all-women pastry team. We are only looking for female candidates.
We are looking for a
Commis II
to join our kitchen team and support our growing all-day cafe menu.
What You'll Do
Assist in the preparation and mise en place for hot, cold, and pantry sections.
Execute dishes as per Cafe Fiori's recipes, presentations, and portion standards.
Support the senior chefs in daily operations across service, prep, and closing.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (FSSAI standards).
Manage basic inventory, labeling, and storage.
Assist in baking, dessert prep, and cafe specials when required.
Uphold timely, efficient, and consistent service during rush hours.
Maintain workstation discipline and follow all SOPs.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (cafe/bistro experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of hot kitchen fundamentals, sauces, eggs, breads, or baking is an added advantage.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
Passion for cooking, experimenting, and working with fresh seasonal ingredients.
Reliability, cleanliness, and attention to detail are a must.
