Key Responsibilities
Assist in cooking and preparation of dishes
Handle a section or tasks under guidance
Ensure mise-en-place is ready before service
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Train and guide Commis III staff
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Qualifications
Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant experience
1-2 years
of kitchen experience
