Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in assigned cuisine (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, or Continental)
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
Support senior chefs in mise en place, cooking, plating, and service
Ensure timely delivery of food during service hours
Uphold Symphony's culinary philosophy of quality, innovation, and guest delight
Contribute to menu planning and seasonal specials when required
Maintain inventory and assist in stock rotation and requisitioning

Experience
2-3 years in a hotel or resort kitchen setting
Culinary Expertise
Proficiency in at least one cuisine: Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, or Continental
Education
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred

Personality
Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about food
Language
Basic English communication; Hindi or regional language is a plus
