Responsibilities:
Handle Chinese & Pan Asian section independently
Wok handling and preparation of sauces & gravies
Maintain taste, quality, and presentation
Supervise and guide
3 Pan Asian helpers
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety
Coordinate with Head Chef for prep and service
Control wastage and assist in inventory planning
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of wok cooking and Chinese sauces
Experience as
Commis 1 / Junior CDP
preferred
Ability to handle helpers and service pressure
Disciplined, punctual, and professional

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
