Job Description

This role involves working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of

tandoori dishes

including meats, seafood, paneer, kebabs, and Indian breads such as naan, roti, kulcha, and paratha. Follow recipes and portion controls set by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Ensure correct marination and resting of proteins and vegetables before cooking. Monitor and maintain the right temperature of the tandoor oven throughout service. Cook and plate dishes consistently, ensuring high standards in taste, texture, and appearance. Handle mise en place for the tandoor section efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor area and follow all

food safety

and

sanitation protocols

. Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service. Report any equipment issues or ingredient shortages to the Chef de Partie. Assist in training and supporting junior staff within the tandoor section when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
