We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis 1 to join our team in the South Indian cuisine domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience. Conduct inventory management of food supplies and ingredients. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis 1 in a reputable hotel or restaurant establishment. Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
