Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of
South Indian dishes
as per the menu and guest preferences.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
Follow proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Assist with food prep, inventory, and mise-en-place for South Indian cuisine section.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and maintain a positive attitude.
Monitor and minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
