Commis I (Commie 1)

Department:

Kitchen / Food Production

Reports To:

Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of food items as per standard recipes Work efficiently in the assigned kitchen section (Indian & Tandoor.) Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP) Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils Assist in stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food wastage Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and senior chefs

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Commis.

Must have experience in Indian and Tandoor.
