Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble high-quality salads and continental dishes as per recipes and standards.
Assist in menu preparation and ingredient selection.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of orders.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
Inventory management
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in salad preparation and continental cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Team player with a passion for culinary excellence.
