Prepare and cook dishes from Asian cuisine as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines strictly.
Support in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Asian cuisine.
Knowledge of various Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
