We looking for a passionate and dedicated Commi 1, 2,3 to join our kitchen team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking as per the chef's instructions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items

Follow hygiene and safety regulations

Support the senior kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Team player with good communication skills

Flexibility to work in shifts

High level of personal hygiene and cleanliness
