We're looking for a passionate Commis III to join our kitchen team and assist in daily food preparation. You'll support chefs in maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards while learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cooking, chopping, and mise-en-place activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation.
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures.
Support senior chefs during peak service hours.
