Qualification: Food Production / Hotel Management Degree
Work Experience: 01-02 years
Goa-based candidates will be preferred
Special Skills: Knowledge of food preparation techniques, basic knife skills, conversant with over-the-counter food service
Role and Responsibilities: To prepare Continental Food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
Prepare Cold Food.
