Job Description

The Commis III - Continental Cuisine is an entry-level kitchen role responsible for supporting the kitchen brigade in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes. The role involves assisting with mise en place, basic cooking, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes specific to continental cuisine (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean). Perform basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs (grilling, sauteing, roasting, etc.). Ensure that mise en place is prepared ahead of service in a timely and organized manner. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area. Follow standard recipes and portion sizes as instructed. Store food items properly to prevent spoilage and contamination. Assist in receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies and deliveries. Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas according to safety regulations. Communicate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment. Follow instructions from senior chefs and help during busy service periods.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
