Commis III (Indian & Pantry)

Location: VITS Select, Bharuch - Gujarat

Position Overview

We are hiring Commis III for the Indian kitchen & pantry section. This role is ideal for beginners who want to develop skills in food preparation, pantry operations, and Indian cuisine basics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in basic Indian food preparation -- chopping, mixing, grinding, peeling, mise-en-place.

Support pantry operations -- salads, sandwiches, cold items, juices, plating assistance.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and refrigerators.

Follow instructions from Commis II/I and CDP for daily tasks.

Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.

Assist in stock rotation, labeling, and storage.

Ensure timely support in both Indian kitchen and pantry during service.

Requirements

Experience: 0-1 year (freshers with HM background also welcome).

Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and pantry/cold section items.

Good attitude, willingness to learn, and discipline.

Ability to work in shifts and follow standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,734.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
