Assist in preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items.
Follow standard recipes and instructions given by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness of bakery work areas, equipment, and storage.
Support mise-en-place and daily bakery operations.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOP standards.
Assist in receiving, storing, and handling bakery ingredients properly.
