Responsibilities
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Prepare ingredients and dishes according to hotel standards
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
Follow food safety guidelines and operational SOPs
Assist efficiently during peak service hours
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and 3-4 years of relevant kitchen experience
Male / Female candidates welcome
Must have a valid
ECNR Passport
Ability to communicate in English (mandatory)
Presentable, smart, and well-groomed appearance
Prior hospitality or hotel kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
Immediate joiners highly preferred
