Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and stored.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support in receiving and storing raw materials.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
Maintain proper mise-en-place before service time.
Work as a team player and help other kitchen sections when needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company standards.
