Job Description

Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of sweet and savory bakery items, including cakes, pies, chocolates, confections, and bread. Ensure all baked goods meet consistent quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance, adhering to recipes and established procedures. Oversee a specific bakery station, ensuring its smooth operation, organization, and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations. Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and availability, and maintain stock levels. Oversee a specific bakery station, ensuring its smooth operation, organization, and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations. Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and availability, and maintain stock levels. Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly to ensure efficiency and longevity. Work closely with other kitchen staff, including the head baker, pastry sous chef, and junior chefs, providing guidance and training to junior staff. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety within the bakery section and follow all applicable regulations. Contribute creative ideas and collaborate on the development of new menu items and seasonal specials. Organize daily tasks (mise en place) and contribute to meeting baking schedules and production targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
