Support senior chefs in daily operations.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards according to HACCP and company policies.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
Assist in training new team members and support cross-functional kitchen tasks when required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting teamwork and collaboration in the kitchen.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent training preferred.
Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in multiple kitchen sections as needed
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
