:
Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and standards
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Check food quality, freshness, and portion control
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Commis I or similar role in hotels/resorts
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Good communication skills
