Responsibilities
Prepare and cook South Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Ensure food is stored correctly to prevent spoilage or contamination
Assist in the creation of new menu items
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Help in training junior kitchen staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in South Indian cuisine
Knowledge of South Indian recipes and cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Certification in food safety and sanitation
