Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Food Preparation:

Assisting with tasks like chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and preparing sauces.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, and that kitchen equipment is properly maintained.

Following Instructions:

Accurately preparing dishes according to recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

Stock Management:

Assisting with inventory control, stock rotation, and monitoring stock levels.

Hygiene and Safety:

Adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage.

Assisting with Plating:

Helping to arrange and present dishes before they are served.

Learning and Development:

Gaining practical experience and culinary knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs.

Skills and Qualifications:



Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well as part of a team. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
