Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and instructions.
Maintain proper mise-en-place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
Supervise and assist Commis II and III in daily tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
Check the freshness of ingredients and proper storage of raw and cooked food.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Report maintenance issues and shortages to the Chef de Partie.
Cooperate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely food preparation.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
