Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and timely mise-en-place in the kitchen.
Assist senior chefs in daily operations and maintain food quality standards.
Monitor inventory and inform supervisor of stock requirements.
Adhere to kitchen safety protocols and maintain high food safety standards.
Requirements
:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a brewery or casual dining setup).
Sound knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility in shifts and willingness to learn.
