Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs. Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment. Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and recipes. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Good physical stamina and ability to work long hours. Professional culinary training is an advantage.
