We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commis to join our team at The Grand Sona in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and be responsible for preparing high-quality Continental cuisine.
Roles and Responsibility
Assist the kitchen team in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in hospitality or culinary arts.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
