Assist in daily food preparation tasks as directed by Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP), or Sous Chef.
? Support with ingredient prep, scaling, mixing, baking, finishing, and plating as needed.
? Follow recipe specifications and kitchen SOPs strictly to maintain product consistency.
? Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
? Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and FIFO.
? Assist in packing, portioning, and dispatching of finished products.
? Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
? Maintain discipline, personal hygiene, and kitchen etiquette at all times.
