Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily food preparation tasks as directed by Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP), or Sous Chef.

Support with ingredient prep, scaling, mixing, baking, finishing, and plating as needed.

Follow recipe specifications and kitchen SOPs strictly to maintain product consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and equipment.

Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and FIFO.

Assist in packing, portioning, and dispatching of finished products.

Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain discipline, personal hygiene, and kitchen etiquette at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
