We are looking for passionate and dedicated

Commis (I, II, III)

to join our

Central Main Kitchen team

. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef. Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen area. Proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place. Adhere to company safety and food handling policies.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or hotel/restaurant setup. Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine preferred. Should be a team player with good communication skills. Qualification: 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. Willingness to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience).
