Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
