Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes including pastas, grilled items, roasts, soups, and sauces.
Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared and workstations are ready before service.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards.
Assist in receiving and properly storing food items and supplies.
Monitor inventory and inform supervisors of stock requirements.
Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
