Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II/III to join our team at Flax Healthy Living, a premium brand known for promoting wellness through clean, natural ingredients. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered from our cloud kitchen outlets in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the preparation of food items, following standard recipes and guidelines. Support in managing kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and presentation. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders from the kitchen. Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages. Help with receiving and proper storage of deliveries. Participate in maintaining the kitchen's overall sanitation and hygiene, including cleaning kitchen tools and equipment. Assist in waste management and ensure minimal food wastage. Collaborate with the team to improve kitchen processes and maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements

:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a health-conscious or fast-paced kitchen environment. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to the standards and values. A passion for healthy eating and natural ingredients is a plus.
