Food Preparation & Cooking: - Assist in prepping ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning). - Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately. - Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely. Packaging & Order Fulfillment: - Ensure meals are packed correctly, labeled, and meet quality standards. - Verify order accuracy before dispatch. - Maintain proper food presentation and temperature control. Kitchen Maintenance & Hygiene: - Keep workstations clean and sanitized. - Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., FIFO, proper storage). - Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
